Customization Guide & Instructions

Pre-Molding Dry Fit Before molding the mouthpiece, please read all instructions. Ensure the Molding Tab and Bite Spacers are correctly inserted. Insert the mouthpiece in your mouth with the UP symbol toward your upper teeth to verify the fit and orientation before proceeding.

GUIDE TO CUSTOMIZATION

1	PREPARATION: Verify fit as described in the Dry Fit section above.
2	HEAT (15s): Hold Tab by the end; dip bite wings into boiling water for exactly 15 seconds (see FIG 1). Do not immerse beyond tab or exceed 15s to prevent deformation.
3	DRAIN: Quickly remove from water and shake off all excess hot water.
4	MOLD: Place in mouth immediately. Clench teeth firmly. Suck out air and water for several seconds while massaging cheeks firmly with fingers.
5	SET: After 2 minutes, remove and place in cold water for 3 minutes. Remove Molding Tab and Bite Spacers once completely cool.
6	TEST: Re-insert in mouth. If fit is loose, reinstall hardware and repeat steps from Step 1.
7	SECURE: Install on your Scuba regulator. Secure tightly with the enclosed zip tie. Test breathability before diving.

⚠️ Recommendations & Warnings

WARNING: NEVER use or dive with the Molding Tab or Spacers inserted.
RE-MOLDING: Keep your hardware; mouthpiece can be reshaped after dental work.
DENTAL CONSULT: Consult a dentist if you have: gum disease, dentures, implants, or lower teeth protruding beyond upper teeth.
CRITICAL: Do not dive if the mouthpiece is not properly secured with a zip tie.
CLEANING: Use cold water, neutral soap, and a soft toothbrush. Keep away from heat.
